| • Working towards or already achieved County qualifying time • Working towards or already achieved Regional qualifying time in one or more event • Commitment to attending a minimum of 4/5 sessions per week regularly • Regular attendance to long course training invitations • Commitment to competing at Level 2 and Level 3 events throughout the season • Able to swim a 1600m set on one stroke • Able to swim 200 IM legally with correct turns • Perform 15m underwater BF kick on front or back in streamlined position • Perform front crawl relay take over as incoming and outgoing swimmer • Log books completed and handed in monthly • 100 FS Training times = 1.50 base or quicker | Available Sessions : 7 Hours : 13.5 (Plus additional long course sessions by invite only = Occasional Sun PM & Wed AM)Available Sessions : 8 Hours : 13.5 | 1/2 Sessions |

| • Working towards Stage 10 Outcomes • Working towards County qualifying time • Commitment to attending a minimum of 4 sessions per week regularly every month • Depending on ability commitment to competing at Level 2,3,4 events throughout the whole season • Able to swim an 800m set on one stroke • Able to swim 50 m BS, BRS & FC with legal turns on each stroke • FS Training times = 2.30 base or quicker | Available Sessions : 5 Hours : 9 (Plus additional session by invite only = Wed PM) | 1 Session |
| Splash Squad | ||
| • Working towards Stage 8 & 9 Outcomes • Working towards promotion to Development Squad criteria • Commitment to attending a minimum of 2/3 sessions per week regularly every month • Commitment to competing at Level 3/4 events throughout the whole season • Able to swim an 400m set on one stroke • Able to swim 25m BS, BRS & FC and developing BF stroke • Able to dive from standing | Available Sessions : 3 Hours 3.5 | N/A |
